Anonymous
A contributor by the name of Anonymous has been created to provide a voice/space to any verified person residing in Texas, or when appropriate any verified person living in any city of the United States of America, as well any US citizen living abroad.
Why the need to be anonymous? One feature of the Internet is the ability to express oneself with a certain amount of anonymity. Contributors, for our purposes, are to inform a topic from an insider perspective. You say, "whistle blower", we say freedom of speech with an asterisk.
